The lifestyle-focused working community Kiln is making its way to Meridian.

The Utah-based brand is set to occupy 50,000 square feet in a building sharing a parking lot with the new Topgolf facility opening next year. It's anticipated that Kiln will open in April of 2022.

Kiln is focused on providing amenities and flex-office space to create a better working experience.

"Kiln is a boutique, lifestyle-focused coworking brand that is primarily driven around the well-being of our members and enabling teams and individuals to perform at their highest level," said Arian Lewis, Kiln founder and CEO. "As a result, we have allocated a lot of square footage dedicated to communal amenities that look after the physical, social, and emotional wellness of our members."

The site will feature cycling and treadmill desks, massage chairs, a private fitness studio, a video recording studio, a barbershop and a theater.

"We focus on how we can help companies and teams and individuals perform at a higher level," Lewis said. "We offer companies a set of amenities and an experience that elevate the employee experience beyond what others are typically offering."

Kiln will have room for more than 600 members, and memberships start at $245 a month.
